Foundher’s Circle was sparked by Vallerie Root Freeman, a passionate and determined woman—known for her signature red heels and red lipstick—who saw the untapped power of women supporting each other. Rather than a standard networking meetup, she envisioned an inclusive space where women could build meaningful connections, learn from one another’s experiences, and foster genuine collaboration.
Her passion fueled the first small gatherings, which quickly grew into a vibrant community driven by shared ambitions and authentic support.
